A skateboard truck reimagined as an incense holder, capturing the essence of street culture and contemplative practice. The 1:1 mould integrates every nut and bolt into a single, solid form. Cast in stainless steel with a bronze finish, it transforms a familiar object into a piece of functional art. A shallow circular recess sits where the kingpin and bushing would normally be, designed to hold an incense cone, while a small central hole allows for the use of incense sticks. On either side of the base, the raised PALO OBJECT CO text is cast directly into the metal. Designed for display, it invites a moment of reflection - blending the rebellious spirit of skateboarding with the calm of meditative rituals.
